Please read these Terms of Use.  These Terms of Use apply to websites www.giyou.cz and all other websites and mobile applications owned and/or operated by AND LILAC (together the “Websites").

1. Privacy Policy
By using the Websites, you agree with processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. And you warrant that any and all personal data you provide to us is complete and accurate and where you provide us with the personal data of third parties, you have consent from the respective third parties to provide us with such personal data.

2. Accessing and information on Websites
We do not guarantee that the Websites or any content on the Websites, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We will not be liable to you if, from any reason, the Websites are unavailable.

The Websites are made available free of charges.

You warrant that any contribution made by you will comply with these Content Standards.

We have the right to remove any posting you make on the Websites if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the Content Standards. We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to the Websites constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
AND LILAC retains all ownership or other rights (including copyright, design, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights) in all materials used on the Websites, including but not limited to text, names, product designs, logos, images, graphics, videos and other artworks. Nothing contained on the Websites shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any content displayed on the Websites.

You may freely browse the content on the Websites but you are only permitted to download, view or use such content from the Websites for your own personal, non-commercial use provided that the content and all copyright and other intellectual property rights are kept intact. Additionally, we ask you to add the following notice on such reproductions: „© AND LILAC. All rights reserved.“

Besides the above permission, you may not modify or reproduce the Websites or its content nor incorporate the Websites or its content into any other website or online platform. Any commercial use is forbidden without prior written permission from AND LILAC.

Design of all products displayed on the Websites is authorially created by designers of AND LILAC and is strictly protected by copyright and other law. GIYOU is trademark of the company AND LILAC. 

6. Links to other websites
The Websites may contain links to other third-party websites. The linked websites may be provided for your interest only and we have no control over the content of the linked Websites nor do we accept any liability for the content, goods or services, accuracy, or function of the linked websites.

7. Linking to the Websites
You may link to the home page of our Websites, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link to the Websites in any website that is not owned by you.

The website in which you are linking must comply with the Content Standards (Section 4).

8. Final provisions
If we suspect or become aware that you have violated any of the provisions contained in these Terms of Use, we may, in particular: (i) withdraw your right to use the Websites; (ii) remove any material uploaded by you to the Websites; or (iii) disclose information to any respective authorities, etc.

These Terms of Use are issued in the Czech language. The Terms of Use may by translated into other languages (English language, German language, etc.). In event of any content or interpretation discrepancy between the Terms of Use in the Czech language and any translation of the Terms of Use into other languages, the Czech version shall be decisive and prevail.

The courts of the Czech Republic will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Websites. We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
