If you prefer a brief meeting and in-person consulting in downtown Prague, come to GIYOU GARDEN where we’ll be glad to share our enthusiasm and experiences with you.

When you order a large number of flowers or flowers from the Royal line , we will help you select and purchase suitable vases, arrange the flowers in them, or find other creative arrangements in your space. We can also work with your architect and other professionals. Regular services are free of charge. Terms of service that requires significant time or costs and the cost of acquiring vases and other items are subject to an agreement. 

When you order a large number of flowers or flowers from the Royal line for the purpose of decorating the premises of institutions or social and cultural events, we will help you select and acquire vases or glass showcases, place the flowers in your space, etc. Regular services are free of charge. Terms of service that requires significant time or costs and the cost of acquiring vases and other items are subject to an agreement. 

When you order a large number of flowers as a wedding decoration, gifts for your wedding guests, etc., we will help you select and acquire vases, decorate your wedding space with the flowers, package the flowers, etc. Regular services are free of charge. Terms of service that requires significant time or costs and the cost of acquiring vases and other items are subject to an agreement. 

If you’re ordering a large number of flowers or products from the Royal line and plan to use your order as a highly original gift, please consult us on your vision; we’d love to make it a reality. Where necessary, we’ll also arrange for a special type of shipping and delivery. 

We sell vases of selected world manufacturers, which are suited for placing GIYOU flowers. You can select also from our collection of rare vases. Find out more here. If you buy a larger quantity of flowers or Royal flowers, don’t worry about anything. We can arrange a vase, among other services, for you if you wish. Pick a vase at our store. The vases we sell come from carefully selected, world-renowned manufacturers who pay special attention to flower placement. You can also browse our collection of rare vases. If you’re buying a large number of flowers or products from the Royal line, we do all arranging for you - if you wish so, we can procure a suitable vase and any other services on your behalf. Customisation and bespoke products:  
We’d be happy to fulfil your desire for exceptionality and create a bespoke product for you. If you wish, any golden flowers you order can be made of 750/1000 (18 carat) gold or 999/1000 (24 carat) gold. Additionally, we can customise your gift box or emboss it with any personal message. In general, we can make pretty much any flower you want. The basic concerns are time, manufacturing costs, and feasibility. For example, bespoke manufacturing can be called for when creating special flower species, flowers to decorate large spaces, large vases or multiple vases, public spaces, special events, or intended as a gift. 

Gifts as a show of appreciation:
We customise our products or create bespoke products for you to gift as a show of appreciation for a social, artistic, scientific, business, or other achievement. 

Business gifts:
We customise products or create new ones as business gifts or gifts for employees and business partners.

Please, describe your vision to us as soon as possible so that we can make your bespoke or customised product. We will get back to you with an estimate of the price and time of production. All these services, as well as the process of preparing the customisation or the creation of a bespoke product, require that you agree to the requested customisation and look of the product, as well as the price quote.

Gift wrapping: All flowers and bouquets are delivered in a gift box, with an authenticity certificate and a gift card included. The package does not include any invoice; it is emailed to the customer who placed the order.

Gift card: You can fill in the gift card or sign it. If you would like us to fill in the gift card, instruct us to do so in the order form’s notes section (provide information on the text, the recipient’s name, etc.).

Binding of bouquets: You can order your silver bouquet bound or unbound. Read more here. 

If you inform us that you are ordering a flower for gradual collection (the information does not bind you to anything), our customer support will contact you with an offer of assistance beyond the general conditions of sale of GIYOU flowers, regarding the delivery of flowers, special greeting cards, or other small gifts.

Booking a visit in advance allows us to give you individual attention, provide in-person consulting, and discuss your vision or any questions you may have. 

If you plan to be gifting jewel flowers on a regular, recurrent basis, for example under the umbrella of the Eternity bouquets service, just tell us your preferred delivery time in advance and that’s it. The receiver will get their flowers at the pre-arranged date, without you having to worry about a thing. Please contact our customer support team to arrange regular gifting. The Eternity service can be arranged for up to ten years. Of course, after the period elapses the service can be renewed. 

Silver flowers are galvanised using 999/1000 silver to keep the silver bright for a long time. Though a natural patina has its charm, if you eventually decide you’d like to have your silver flowers re-galvanised, contact us and we’ll arrange the service for you (at the cost of galvanisation). By the same token, we can also renew the rhodium plating of your white golden flowers.
